You can find money making opportunities constantly being advertised all over the internet as well as on television, magazines, newspapers, and just about everywhere else possible. You will see them whether you are looking for them or not, but if are actually trying to find one it can be very difficult to sift through them all and decide which one to do.
Teaching people how to make money from home on the internet or from their own offline home business is a very big industry. In fact, the sheer number of online money making opportunities out there combined with all the hype surrounding them makes people wonder if these programs and systems are real or just a load of crap. Do people really earn a living online with internet marketing, or is it all fake?
The answer to that question largely depends on who you are listening to and what you are expecting. If you plan to start an online business and think you will be making thousands of dollars in a short amount of time then you are going to be severely disappointed. However, there are many people who do make serious money online after several months or years of work. Yes, you can earn a living online, and a very good one at that, but it’s going to take a lot of time and effort before you get there.
The truth is that it takes hard work but most people don’t want to believe that. They want to think they are going to get rich quickly just because they are on the internet and not in the “real” world. Think about it for a minute… if it were really that easy then everyone would do it and we would all be rich.
It is true that some people get lucky and strike online gold very quickly but they have usually had business experience before they set out to make money online, and most likely had a lot of existing contacts. They may also have had a lot of money to invest in order to make things happen much more quickly, or perhaps they had no other work and were able to spend all their time building their online business day and night until it was making money. Necessity can be a great motivator.
However, working harder does not necessarily result in success. There are plenty of people who work very hard every day for a small amount of pay in return. “Work smarter, not harder” is a line you will see quite often and a lot of the time it is true. Successful online businesses usually outsource at least some of their work and they tend to focus on the things that are making them money rather than trying to do it all.
Outsourcing means that you hire somebody else to do the grunt work or the parts of your business that you cannot handle or don’t like doing. An example would be that if you are not technically minded, you could hire someone to build websites for you or if you don’t want to spend half your day on customer support, you can hire that out. This does not mean that you have to have an employee sitting in your house working with you. People are usually hired over the internet to work from their own homes, which may be on the other side of the world.
One very important thing to remember is that if you see a business opportunity being advertised be sure to do your due diligence before investing your money or time in it. Many of these are legitimate businesses but you do have to be aware of scams and know that even in legitimate business you can often find yourself in competition with thousands of other people all trying to sell the same service to the same people. Often times you need to have an edge to stand out from the crowd in order to make good money. One example of a business model that can be difficult for beginners to break into and find success is MLM. It can be a great way to build residual income, but be careful.
Often, the secret to making money online or even offline is to “do what I do, not what I say.” In other words, you take a good look at how the successful people are running their businesses. Instead of buying into their program or opportunity along with thousands of others to try to make money the way that they say, model your business around what they are actually doing. Then you may find that instead of struggling to make money with these opportunities, you have thousands of customers of your own.
In conclusion, I just want to say that there are many ways to earn a living other than having a regular job in the offline world. Money making opportunities can be your savior but don’t believe everything you hear and don’t fall for all the hype. Take your time to learn and research before jumping into anything.
Dedicated to your success,
If you know how to make money at home then it’s easy to do. That is what a lot of people will tell you. Of course, that doesn’t help you much because it’s easy to do just about anything if you know how. The difficult part about making money online is actually getting started. If you can get through those first six months to a year or so, and the money starts coming in, you will find it is easy to make it grow exponentially after that.
It is very important to understand from the get go that it is not easy to make money at home in the beginning. It takes time to learn techniques then implement them and build up a good income. If you plan on being able to make a full time income in your first month, you are certainly going to be disappointed. There are also usually some costs associated with making money at home. It can be done for free but it will take even more time and be harder if you don’t invest at least a little money into your efforts. You might even be spending more than you earn in the first few months.
This can be a real problem for many people when they first start working from home as a self employed entrepreneur or start their own home based business. The way to deal with it is to make sure that you have some money coming in from another source while you are building your real online business.
Let’s use an example… Say you have decided to build websites to make money with Adsense. This is a fairly simple online business plan, especially if you use a blogging platform like wordpress or blogger where the technical side of things is pretty much done for you and all you have to do is tweak it a bit. However, you still need to learn how to do proper keyword research and get targeted traffic to your site, and it takes time before you start to see a lot of visitors to the site which will be who you earn money from. Your income will depend largely on how many targeted site visitors you have so it may be a few months before you get enough traffic to make anything more than a few dollars.
The good news is that there are a few ways to get around this by making quick money to keep you in profit until the real money starts rolling in. One great way to do this is site flipping. You could sell something like one out of every five websites you create. You can put them up for auction on marketplaces such as flippa or the digitalpoint forums to find potential buyers. Depending on the niche, domain name, how much content you have on the site, and a few other factors — you could earn up to a few hundred dollars or maybe even a thousand dollars or more for a new site.
Of course, site flipping is just one example. You could also finance your new online business by spending some of your time freelancing for people who will pay for your services. You might do some market research, customer support, article writing, blogging, or many other things. There are people out there who are willing to pay for just about any type of work you can do online.
These things may not be what you want to do in the long term, but they can be great ways to get you through the initial rough period when you are just starting out and help your online home business to survive. When you start out, it is good to find an easy way to make money at home so that your new online business has time to develop and you don’t get burned out before you get a nice income coming in.
The IM info market gets a bad rap. I hear it all the time.
“This is nothing but old regurgitated information”
“This is useless crap”
Rarely do I ever hear anybody rave about something that they purchased. Well, I am here to set the record straight that not everything that is sold online, at least in the “make money online” market, is crap. Some of it is actually very good and worth raving about. As a matter of fact, I am going to rave about one of those products today…
And it’s not even one of mine.
That’s right. I actually got my hands on something that is worth every penny of its fairly high price tag. No, it’s not cheap, but it is solid.
I am talking about Nitro Marketing Blueprint.
If you haven’t heard of it…let me give you the 2 cent tour.
The home study course, that actually gets delivered to your home, is 10 CDs and 5 bonus DVDs. It’s massive. It also comes with a manual that is about 3/4 of an inch thick.
Okay, I know what you’re probably thinking…it’s all a bunch of fluff or regurgitated crap.
This stuff makes me wish I had put something like this together when i first realized I knew enough to teach people how to earn a living on the Internet. Don’t get me wrong…there isn’t a lot in Nitro Marketing that I didn’t know, but I’ve yet to see a product so comprehensive in what it covered.
See, I’d actually been using this very same method of income generation for quite some time. It’s a very comprehensive step by step guide to starting and running your own business.
It starts with niche research so that you’re not spinning your wheels on something that isn’t going to pay you a dime and goes all the way through product creation, advertising and so on. It leaves no stone unturned.
The bonus DVDS are amazing. My favorite one is on email marketing. I have been doing email marketing for 5 years and let me tell you, they have left no stone unturned.
Have I become a better marketer myself because of this method? Absolutely! I can honestly say that anybody who gets their hands on Nitro Marketing and doesn’t significantly improve their income is just plain not trying.
Is there work involved?
Yes…tons of it. So if you’re looking for a get rich quick scheme, look elsewhere because this isn’t it.
However, if you want every missing piece of the puzzle…and I mean EVERY…given to you, then I strongly suggest you pick up a copy.
And to make this offer more attractive, if you get your copy through me, I will throw in 7 days of my personal mentoring FREE. I will only be offering this for a short period of time, so make sure you email me FIRST before you get it because I may have my classes full by then.
At the very least, watch the videos on this amazing package. You’ll learn more from them than just about any $97 ebook that you’ll find, with the exception of maybe my own.
If you do plan on getting this package from me, remember to clear your cookies first. Hey, 7 days of my time would normally cost you a minimum of $700.
During that time, I will walk you through your niche research and business plan so that you’ll have as close to a 100% chance of success as possible. Nothing is 100%, but I’m going to get you as close to it as possible.
Point is, as I said, not everything online is crap. And whether you get Nitro Marketing Blueprint from me or somebody else, you’ll see that it really is everything I said it is.
Anyway, I hope this article has made you realize that not everything online is crap.
You just have to use the stuff that’s not.
There are plenty of Internet Marketers, home business owners, and work at home professionals out there who fall under the spell of procrastination from time to time, me included.
But that’s not really what I’m about in this post. I’m talking about the physical dangers that lurk in the dark corners of the body of every writer, programmer, web developer, internet Marketer and anyone else who sits in front of a computer for too many hours a day.
Of course we all know the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle, but that phrase conjures up the image of a lazy overweight slob lying on a dirty sofa stuffing pizza into his (or her – let’s not be sexist here!) mouth whilst watching TV for sixteen hours a day.
After all, that’s not us – we’re working!
Unfortunately the sedentary lifestyle also depicts those like us who work long, tough hours but don’t balance those hours of physical inactivity with regular bouts of exercise. The impact to health reads like a very long menu to disaster!
Some of us have already had nasty warnings, but in a way they are the lucky ones. Worse is not to have any warning at all, just to be typing away one minute and the next… it doesn’t bear thinking about.
So although this post doesn’t have anything whatsoever to do with procrastination or slacking off the workload and sneakily playing a few rounds of computer golf while no one is looking. It has a very poignant message for all of us to set aside some time each day to get outside in the fresh air and get some light exercise. For me, walking the dogs twice a day up and down the steep hills around where I live is pretty good exercise.
Doing even light exercise like that each day could mean the difference between seeing my ongoing projects bear fruit – or seeing the inside of the ER.
I know what I’d rather be seeing.
I often come across subject titles along the lines of “HELP! I need to find a work at home job NOW!” I have to admit it’s a very bold statement and signs of desperation are oozing rather disgustingly. There is really no way of making fast, easy money NOW. Did I really say that? Well it’s true to an extent. You can’t make tons of money quickly online — legally that is, but you can make money. While you’re not going to make enough to pay all your bills, your mortgage or put a down payment on your summer cottage, you will make enough to enjoy a venti mocha java and maybe a large chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks!
Here are four very easy ways to make some money online. Taking this route is probably the best if you’re not starving for money because like everything it takes a bit of time…with the exception of #4 and we’ll get to that.
1. Everyone can write an article and submit it. Everyone has something they are knowledgeable about or is an “expert” in some field. If you have a basic understanding of the English language, spelling and grammar you can do this and write for Associated Content.com They pay all US residents anywhere from $3 to $20 per submitted and approved articles. You can also earn money for x amount of page views.
2. Taking surveys. I think this one is a bit trickier as surveys come to you depending on demographics and your profile. Now, be careful you’re not joining survey sites with the compensation of gift certificates or sweepstakes, unless this is what you don’t mind. Focus groups pay a lot more so it’s good to look into those as well.
3. Paid to do offers, paid to click and paid to read emails. There are some very reputable paying ones. Back in my days when I first started online and I didn’t know better, “paid to” was one of my make-easy-money-now ventures. Every so often I made my Starbucks hot chocolate money. It wasn’t all that bad except it was time consuming. It was good chump change.
4. Craigslist. Have anything to sell? Furniture? Sporting goods? Toys? Books? I have found selling in your own city or state, items go fast! You don’t have to be moving to have a moving sale. It just makes the items sell faster. An easy $100 for the computer hutch and computer chair you have sitting in your basement collecting dust? This is some pretty decent
chump hefty change!
Yes there are ways to make easy money online now with a little experience and a whole lot of patience!
